On July 20, the Committee of European Securities Regulators (Cesr) launched four consultations on the Key Information Document (Kid). With the consultation period set to end on September 10 2010, the asset management industry and the investor community, only have a very small window in which to raise any concerns as well as influence the regulators on this significant component of Ucits IV.
