Allianz appoints Guido Stiel as director of emerging market equities

Mr Stiel will form part of the team that manages the £467m Allianz RCM Bric Stars fund. He joins from Deka Investment, where he was portfolio manager of the DekaLux-Pacific fund and a behavioural financial analyst for 11 years. In his new role, Mr Stiel will be based in Frankfurt. He will provide specialist expertise and knowledge on Asian equities and support Bric Stars fund manager Michael Konstantinov.
