The 'Five Star' awards, which are widely considered to be the benchmark for service standards within the retail finance marketplace, recognise the importance of quality service from product providers to their IFA clients.

As such, advisers are urged to fill in our short survey online, providing their views on the speed, accuracy and support levels offered by product providers in the investments, life and pensions markets and mortgage markets.

Only providers who perform well across all areas will have the chance to secure a 'five star' rating.

To cast your vote for the provider you feel has offered the best service, click here to complete the short online survey.

The results will then be announced during a gala evening at the Natural History Museum in London on 19 November.

Over 10,000 IFAs contributed their opinion in 2008, giving our star ratings an unmatched authority. You can view the overall star ratings from 2008 by using the navigation at the top of the awards homepage.

Meanwhile, detailed analysis of voting patterns from 2002 to the present day will also be offered through the Financial Adviser Service Terminal (FAST).

FAST helps providers to set specific service benchmarks, track progress and compare performance with competitors. Find out more at www.FTAdviser.com/fast.
