Nucleus appoints Rutherford as client relations director
Nucleus, the IFA owned and controlled wrap proposition, has promoted Joanne Rutherford to the newly created role of client relations director within its operations and technology division.
She will be responsible for maintaining the business’s standards in serving its adviser firms and their clients.
Reporting directly to chief operations officer, Andrew Smith, she will manage the existing five member client relationship management team and transfer and reregistration team to ensure all staff provide a consistently high-quality of service.
As part of this role, she will also work closely with Nucleus’ third party administrator, Scottish Friendly.
She was previously Nucleus’ transfer and compliance manager where she set up and ran the transfer and reregistration team.
