Aiming for a healthy workplace

This year’s Fit for Work, Fit for Life conference hosted by insurer Unum enjoyed a bumper crowd as representatives from a wide range of UK industries came together to discuss some of the most pertinent issues in the workplace.

The event, held in association with Healthy Office Working and Maria Lallemant, an Ergonomics specialist, took place on the 2 September at the Royal Holloway College in Surrey and focused on accommodating and retaining employees.

Elaine Cook, open door manager for Unum, said: “This year’s event brought some important issues to the fore and we were delighted that there was such a great turnout on the day.”
