Neal leaves Goodman for Henderson

Henderson Global Investors has appointed Michael Neal as director of property for its UK Retail Warehouse fund.

Mr Neal joins the £1.2bn fund from Goodman Property Investors, where he was fund manager of two retail park funds. He said: “We will continue to review and monitor the existing and future performance prospects of each asset as well as looking to recycle capital from disposals where appropriate.

“We will also be invigorating the portfolio through a programme of new developments, surrenders and re-lettings, tenant right sizing and scheme refurbishments.”
