SII to talk inflation

A forum focusing on inflation, will be headed by the Securities & Insurance Institute in October.

The Global Economic Forum 2008: Inflation - The Next Meltdown, will include a team of panellists who will discuss the recent history of low inflation in the UK.

Speakers include author James Buchan; Brandon Davies, managing director of the GARP Risk Academy; Martin Wolf CBE, associate editor and chief economics commentator of the Financial Times; and Robin Griffiths, director for Cazenove Capital Management.

The event takes place on 1 October, from 12pm- to 1.30pm at the Barbican Centre, London
