Mike Wallis joins Nucleus as regional business development director and Tom Coutts joins the business as an IFA account manager.

Mr Wallis will be responsible for further developing Nucleus’ presence in the South of England. He was previously sales development director at Skandia, where he worked for the last 14 years.

Mr Coutt's key responsibility will be to support a number of the business’ key accounts. He joins from Cavanagh Group, where he was a technical adviser.

Barry Neilson, business development director at Nucleus, said: "They join Nucleus at an extremely exciting time as we look to take our growth and development to the next level.

"Hugely talented, they both have a wealth of experience within the IFA marketplace and will help support the growing interest we are seeing in the Nucleus proposition."

Nucleus expects both teams to expand further in the coming months.
