Bullhorn is based in Blackburn and failed to pay fees and levies of £1,029.47 to the FSA.

The regulator has cancelled Bullhorn's permission to carry on regulated activities as a result of its failure to pay the fees.

The final notice stated "Bullhorn is not conducting its business soundly and prudently and in compliance with proper standards and that Bullhorn is not a fit and proper person".
