Tiner to talk on the future

A top-level summit on the future of financial services takes place at the Dorchester hotel in London’s Park Lane on September 23.

The keynote speaker will be John Tiner, former chief executive of the Financial Services Authority.

The meeting will discuss key contemporary issues such as treating customers fairly and how this impacts on the overall culture and behaviour of financial institutions.
