FTAdviser picks up top gong at industry awards
Financial Adviser senior reporter Aamina Zafar also picks up runner-up prize in the ‘best newcomer’ category.
FTAdviser last night scooped the award for best trade or professional website of the year at the prestigious Santander Media Awards in London.
The awards, now in their 25th year and considered by many to be the industry’s most prized, recognise excellence in the field of financial journalism, including both the consumer and trade press.
Alongside the gong for FTAdviser, sister title Financial Adviser’s senior reporter Aamina Zafar picked up the runner-up prize in the ‘best newcomer’ category for trade journalists.
There was also recognition for the Financial Times team, with the website scooping the gong for best use of social media and the runner-up prize in the best consumer financial website category. In addition, FT Money Matters was the runner-up in the category for best broadcast programme.
