The awards, attended by more than 500 guests and held in the cavernous halls of the Natural History Museum, were hosted by one of the nation’s best-loved comedians, Dominic Holland, who despite admitting to feeling overwhelmed by the height of some of those collecting their trophies, seemed to enjoy the whole experience.
Among the final winners were LV=, who won most improved in the Life & Pensions category and, as one of the sponsors of the evening, were responsible for other guests winning various prizes, including cinema tickets.
Aviva scored as the most improved in the Investment Providers & Platforms category, while Abbey For Intermediaries was the most improved among Mortgage Lenders & Packagers.
Company of the year went to Just Retirement, while a score of other names won in the e-commerce, mortgages, investments, life and pensions categories.
And this morning, thanks to MGM Advantage, one of the three overall sponsors, FANewsdesk found out that Axa’s Becky Holmes won an iPad 2 on her lucky scratchcard. Well done Becky!
