Investor in Customers has awarded Equilibrium Asset Management the top industry accolade for customer service.

By Xiao Liu | Published Dec 21, 2011 | comments

The Wilmslow-based wealth management firm was commended for its client-centric approach and achieved the highest standard of three stars in the national customer services award scheme.

It was the fifth-highest score recorded since the award was launched in 2007.

Colin Lawson, managing partner at Equilibrium, said: “Our interests are aligned with our clients, helping us deliver great customer service. It’s an honour to know both our clients and staff rate Equilibrium’s level of customer service so highly.”

IIC is an independent assessment organisation that conducts rigorous excises to show customer satisfaction levels of business. These exercises determine the quality of client service and relationships and ICC will grade the results at one, two and three stars.
