Sesame to bring Avelo in line with Iress XPlan
In an agreement announced last November Sesame Bankhall Group said global technology company Iress had been chosen to provide technical support to its front, middle and back office through its XPlan software.
The system will provide tools for advisers to help them improve their operating efficiency and service levels to clients.
Sesame said the integration will also enable advisers to streamline the creation of quotations and the application process for insurance products.
It will initially support the launch of Sesame’s new restricted advice service, before being rolled out for use by Sesame Network members and Bankhall customers across the group.
James Stevenson, head of adviser technology of Sesame Bankhall Group, said the feedback from clients who had tested the system so far had been “very positive”.
