Amii aims to raise awareness with new sub-committees
Groups for provider membership, employee benefits and larger intermediary membership launched.
The Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries has launched three new sub-committees in a bid to raise awareness and improve visibility.
Already active at time of writing, the three sub-committees cover:
• provider membership;
• employee benefits and larger intermediary membership; and
• standards and relationships.
Wayne Pontin, Amii’s chairman, said: “Our mission statement and association objectives will be issued after a complete review of the existing constitution and following a census approval via the membership.
“We will seek to encourage transparency and growth and will lobby for improvement both politically and via the regulator of the future.”
