The Institute of Financial Planning announced today (8 June) that Tonbridge-based Astute Financial Planning is the latest firm to join its accredited financial planning firms register.

The 46 total accredited firms, along with just under 1,000 individual certified financial planning professionals, will be promoted to consumers as representing a high standard in the field.

Ian O’Connor, founder of Astute Financial Planning, said: “At Astute Financial Planning our focus has always been on providing a very personalised and comprehensive Financial Planning service to our clients; advice that our clients can trust and rely on, to help them achieve their goals and objectives in life and to sleep at night .

“I hope that together we will encourage more firms around the UK to discover the value of offering a real financial planning service, as well as raising awareness directly with consumers as to how true financial planning can change their lives for the better.”
