Mr Gartside says that as the bond market expands, the firm will continue to evolve its product range in line with market requirements. “We have a big product range, but it will evolve, just as markets evolve, as you’ve got to keep your process, your views, your product range, in line with markets. You need to be competitive,” he concludes.
