FCF explained
The Pension Protection Fund has published a new leaflet to explain its Fraud Compensation Fund.
Entitled, All you need to know about the FCF, the document describes how the fund works and how claims can be made, and is available from the PPF’s website www.pensionprotectionfund.org.uk..
The fund was established under the Pensions Act 2004 to provide compensation to occupational pension schemes with insolvent employers that suffer a loss that can be attributable to an offence involving dishonesty.
