LV= Budget IP launches on Webline
Capita Financial Software’s Webline quotation portal has added LV=’s budget income protection to its panel, making it easier for IFAs to compare premiums with other full IP products.
Budget IP offers clients identical cover to LV=’s own full income protection product, but pays out the benefit on any single claim for up to two years, rather than until retirement.
The budget IP product is on the Webline portal alongside the other policies in LV=’s flexible protection plan: full income protection, life cover and critical illness, as well as its whole of life cover, LifeTime+.
Mike Farrell, head of protection sales for LV=, said: “Adding our budget product to the portal will help us to extend our reach within the intermediary market, and give advisers access to a wider range of products when discussing the most appropriate level of cover for their clients.”
