Insight Investment has hired Philip Anker to the newly-created role of global head of distribution.
Subject to his appointment being approved by the FCA, Mr Anker will report to Insight chief executive Abdallah Nauphal.
Mr Anker joins from US-based hedge fund Paloma Partners where he was head of investor relations and business development. Prior to this he held senior roles at The Blackstone Group and Citigroup Alternative Investments.
