Adrian Neave, former managing director of structured product specialist Gilliat Financial Solutions, has resigned to “pursue other interests”.

Gilliat deputy managing director Steven Graham and business development director Andrew Savill will lead the firm on a day-to-day basis.

James Fleming, chief executive of Gilliat parent Arbuthnot Latham, said: “Adrian has been an important member of the structured product market community and was a founding member of the Gilliat team when it was created just over four years ago.

“With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Adrian has led the development and growth of Gilliat against the backdrop of a very difficult period in the financial markets and the UK economy generally.”
