Here is your chance to decide which providers deserve to be rewarded for the online service they provide to adviser clients - and to nominate your own firm’s website for two coveted adviser online service awards.
Voting for this year’s FTAdviser Online Service Awards is now open, giving you the opportunity to rate the providers you have done business with in the past year that have given you great service - and those that have fallen short of the mark.
Once again this year you can also nominate your own firm or a peer for one of our two awards recognising the adviser businesses that set the bar for the quality of their online proposition. There is an award for both small and large adviser firms, so why not throw your firm’s hat in the ring?
In addition, network adviser members will be given the chance to rate the online service they get from their principal firm, with the winner picking up the prestigious gong for Network of the Year.
Our questionnaire will take just a few minutes to complete and gives you the opportunity to influence which firms will be recognised as the top achievers in Investments, Life and Pensions and Mortgages in 2014.
All advisers that complete the survey will go into a draw to win an iPad mini. Voting closes on 11 April.
