David Jane’s £48.3m TM Darwin Multi Asset fund is to be renamed in the summer due to a change in the fund’s authorised corporate director.

Thesis is to be replaced as the fund’s ACD by Phoenix Fund Services in June 1 this year, coinciding with the fund’s three-year anniversary. The product will then be renamed as the PFS Darwin Multi Asset fund.

In addition KPMG is to replace Grant Thornton as auditor of the fund.

Since the launch of the Multi Asset fund in June 2011 it has gained 16.7 per cent, according to FE Analytics, marginally outperforming the IMA Mixed Investment 20-60% Shares sector’s average return of 16.1 per cent.
