Newcastle-based IFA charged with fraud

A spokesman for Northumbria Police confirmed that Alok Dhanda, 51, has been charged with 13 counts of fraud by false representation under the Fraud Act 2006. He was due to appear at Newcastle Magistrate Court today (16 April).

Mr Dhanda, of Grove Park Square in Gosford, was a self-employed adviser who operated under the brand of Cumbria-based advisory firm Truly Independent from 20 September to 14 November 2013.
