East of England and the South East have seen a 1.7 per cent and 1.2 per cent increase in rent prices between May and June, according to the latest Buy-to-Let Index.
The index, from LSL Property Services, showed that East Anglia has experienced the fastest increase among six rent growth regions over the past month.
