Cornelian Asset Managers is set to switch the authorised corporate director (ACD) on its funds from Capita Financial to Smith & Williamson Fund Administration.

The change in ACD means that Cornelian’s multi-asset risk-managed funds will be renamed as the SVS Cornelian funds when the change comes into force on September 1.

Cornelian said it had decided to change its ACD following a review that found that switch to Smith & Williamson would “reduce costs for our investors”. The firm said there would be “no other changes to the funds as a result of this move”.
