Axa Investment Managers has appointed David Page as a senior economist on its research and investment strategy team.
In the role he will cover macro-economic and thematic research as well as market strategy and asset allocation. He will report to Eric Chaney, head of research at Axa IM and chief economist at Axa Group.
Mr Page was most recently a senior economist at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking and prior to this he was an economist at Investec Bank UK.
Between 1998 and 2000, he worked at the UK’s Debt Management Office, an executive agency of HM Treasury.
