Miton is set to rebrand the three PSigma funds it acquired from Punter Southall in July 2013.

The PSigma name on the PSigma Income, PSigma American and PSigma Global Equity funds will be replaced by Miton on November 3.

The firm said there would be no change to the investment objectives and policies of the funds or on the way the funds are managed.

The £262.5m PSigma Income fund is currently being managed by Bill Mott and Gervais Williams, although Eric Moore will take over from Mr Mott when he retires at the end of the year.

The £13.5m PSigma American fund is managed by James Abate and will sit alongside the Miton US Opportunities fund, which is run by Nick Ford and Hugh Grieves.

And the £16.6m PSigma Global Equity fund is run by Jing Sun, who is an investment director and fund manager in Centre Asset Management.
