National IFA, pensions and employee benefits consultancy LEBC Group is looking to attract additional qualified advisers and paraplanners in all locations over the next year.

The recruitment drive is part of the firm’s commitment to provide clear, strong advice led propositions to as wide a section of the population as possible.

Jeremy Macleod, LEBC’s chief operating officer, said: “We have seen a considerable uplift in our business levels, especially since the introduction of RDR over 18 months ago, the ongoing auto-enrolment roll-out, changes to pension legislation following this year’s Budget providing greater retirement planning flexibility, and the topical issue of long term care provision, and cannot see any reasons why that should slow down over the foreseeable future.”

LEBC has 14 branch locations in Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chertsey, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hull, Leeds, Leicester, London, Manchester, Preston and Reading.
