Brooks Macdonald Asset Management has appointed Keith Scott as business development manager.
He will be responsible for developing adviser and intermediary relationships in the Midlands region, working out of the Leamington Spa office.
Prior to his appointment, Mr Scott was business development manager at Blackfinch Investments in the Midlands.
He previously worked for Investec as business development director, responsible for distribution through the intermediary channel in the Birmingham area, as well as Bright Grey.
