Tony Yousefian will join Albemarle Street Partners as an independent consultant on its investment committee.

Mr Yousefian recently left Charteris in July after less than three months. He had joined the company from rival boutique City Financial.

Now Mr Yousefian will help determine asset allocation and fund selection on Albemarle’s range of model portfolios.

Clive Hale, managing director of Albemarle Street Partners, said: “Tony has been in the industry nearly as long as myself and brings much experience to our investment team and process.”

FundCalibre, headed by Chelsea Financial’s Darius McDermott, is a joint venture between Chelsea and Albemarle.
