Standard Life Investments has launched a UK-domiciled Oeic version of its Global Emerging Markets Equity Unconstrained fund.
The new fund will mirror the strategy used on the Luxembourg-domiciled Sicav of the same name, which was launched in 2012.
The fund is managed by Matthew Williams and invests in a concentrated portfolio of between 30 and 60 stocks, unconstrained by any index or benchmark.
Since its launch in 2012, the Standard Life Investments Global Emerging Markets Equity Unconstrained Sicav has delivered a return of 26.1 per cent compared to the MSCI Emerging Markets index return of 5.7 per cent.
