Old Mutual Wealth has completed its deal with Henderson Global Investors to acquire a 50 per cent stake of Intrinsic Cirilium.
Old Mutual Wealth, which bought the stake in March, will now own all of the £2bn Cirilium fund range.
It will now see its name changed to Old Mutual Cirilium and will be run by Old Mutual Global Investors’ multi-asset team headed by John Ventre.
Paul Craig will join Old Mutual Global Investors as manager of the Cirilium multi-asset fund range. He has managed these funds since 2009.
The range consists of five multi-manager funds and four passive funds that are matched to investors’ risk profiles.
