Intelliflo updates adviser software functionality

Intelliflo has today (2 December) added new workflow functionality within its Intelligent Office software for financial advisers.

This tool comes as standard with iO and improves functionality to sequence and streamline tasks, helping with business efficiency, productivity, quality control and quality of outcome.

The firm stated that this should free up billable time for advisers to spend with clients, by providing improved visibility of information and issues.

Intelliflo chose Microsoft’s Windows Workflow Foundation, which is integrated into Dynamics CRM, Office and SharePoint. This platform provides scalability, flexibility and has over eight years of global use and development.

Nick Eatock, executive chairman of Intelliflo, said: “Advisers using Intelligent Office will have the ability to increase efficiency, while at the same time making tangible cost-savings.”
