The SimplyBiz Group has organised a second protection awareness week to help advisers get to grips with the issue.
From Tuesday 9 December a range of information is being delivered to advisers through a combination of electronic and online communications, a dedicated publication, webinars and video.
Each day will focus on a specific area of protection including income protection, whole of life, offering holistic protection advice and mortgage protection.
The Huddersfield-based group held its first protection awareness week in July.
Makayla Everitt, head of business development for SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “Nothing is more important than your family and your health, yet so many of us are still failing to protect them adequately.”
