Intelliflo integrates with Evalue adviser tools

Advisers and firms using back office systems provider Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office will now be able to access Advisa Centa, a suite of tools from risk profiler Evalue including its package of analysis, forecasting and planning solutions.

According to a statement from the firms, over 800 of Intelliflo’s clients already use Evalue’s attitude to risk profiling tools and the Advisa Centa product suite available in this integration extends the functionality to “further streamline” the financial planning process for advisers.

The solutions cover risk profiling, investment and retirement planning as well as the ability to build portfolios and risk rate funds through access to Evalue’s portfolio analyser.

This solution supports fund portfolios both on and off platforms to maximise returns for selected risk profiles over their desired investment term.

The risk profiler is a psychometric questionnaire that allows advisers to access a client’s attitude to risk. Investment planner, also available via the solution, is a tool that compares potential outcomes over time from different investment strategies available.

Also available is retirement planner which allows advisers to show clients what expected benefits they can hope for in retirement based on investment decisions made.

Nick Eatock, executive chairman of Intelliflo, says: “Our clients will benefit greatly from a fully joined up process that reuses data between Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office and Evalue’s Advisa Centa.

“We have seen an increasing demand for financial planning tools and our ‘best of breed’ approach to adding functionality to Intelligent Office ensures that advisers can manage all aspects of their business within a single technology ‘eco-system’.”

Bruce Moss, strategy director of Evalue, says: “Portfolio analyser gives advisers a powerful way of demonstrating significant value to their clients.

“As well as analysing product and fund charges including potential tax liabilities, it automatically maximises diversification benefits to achieve a better return on client portfolios, thereby creating an ongoing service opportunity for the adviser community.

“Combining this with our simple set of tools will help advisers and Intelliflo provide clients with a full end to end servicing process.”
