Jelf has partnered with financial software developer Eclipse Financial Systems to create a new individual personal protection portal, Jelf Protection.
The site gives access to single and joint life policies for level term life insurance and decreasing term life insurance, both with the option to add critical illness cover, plus whole of life insurance and critical illness cover.
Adrian Bates, head of protection at Jelf Financial Planning, said the service will instantly show premiums and policy features from up to 10 insurers, with differences and critical illness extras presented clearly.
He said: “We are delighted to have partnered with Eclipse Financial Systems who have a proven track record in developing IT infrastructure and delivering slick online customer journeys that help customers achieve their objectives quickly and efficiently.”
Michael Ward, managing director at Eclipse, said he was looking forward to supporting Jelf with their first non-advised life insurance and critical illness quote service.
He said: “This partnership marks the first in a number of tie-ups that will see financial services companies better serve their customers with real-time, responsive quote and apply protection solutions.”
