Morningstar place Greetham’s fund under review

Morningstar has placed the £643m Fidelity Multi Asset Strategic fund under review after the announcement that its manager Trevor Greetham has left Fidelity.

The £643m fund previously held a bronze rating and Morningstar said its confidence in Mr Greetham’s and his investment clock model of asset allocation was a key reason behind the fund’s rating.

However, from the 30th of January, the fund will be managed by Nick Peters, Kevin Nolan and George Efstathopoulos and Morningstar said its rating will be under review until it meets the new managers.

Mr Greetham’s fund had returned 51.9 per cent since its inception in January 2007 to the end of December 2014, according to its latest factsheet.
