Intelliflo unveils adviser portal updates

Software specialist Intelliflo has announced the next phase for its digital advice and personal financial management hub, the Personal Finance Portal.

Integrated with Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office software package, the Personal Finance Portal 2 enables advisers and clients to communicate and interact securely and instantly with each other and access a client’s entire short and long-term financial portfolio on multiple devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops and PCs.

It also offers unlimited capacity campaign and communication management, plus automated alerts and insights for both advisers and clients, branded to individual advice firms.

A further development is optional integration with Yodlee Interactive, which provides secure access to real-time data for clients’ bank account and credit card information, alongside investment, protection, mortgage and loan accounts, letting advisers offer instant overviews to clients.

All 11,450 users of Intelligent Office will have access to the new service for unlimited client numbers when it goes live in July 2015.

Earlier this month, Intelliflo announced that advisers and firms using Intelligent Office can now access Advisa Centa, a suite of tools from risk profiler Evalue including its package of analysis, forecasting and planning solutions.

Nick Eatock, executive chairman of Intelliflo, said: “The ability to view a client’s entire advised and non-advised financial portfolio and use tools that make sense of their day-to-day financial status, free from product provider bias and under advisers’ own brands, is a truly powerful resource.

“Importantly, it will save time, enabling advisers to have regular online interaction with clients as a perfect complement to face-to-face meetings. It will also put the advisers’ service at the centre of their clients’ day-to-day financial management interactions, reinforcing the benefits of the relationship.”

Jane Hodges, chief operating officer at Alexander House, added: “Without the Personal Finance Portal in Intelligent Office, we simply couldn’t deliver an ongoing review service for the price the customers want.”
