Money Management deputy scoops top award

Money Management deputy editor Charlotte Richards took the prize for Investment Article of the year at last night’s Unbiased.co.uk Media Awards.

Charlotte’s feature on the ‘Cult of the Fund Manager’, published in the immediate wake of Neil Woodford’s departure from Invesco Perpetual, saw Steven Wynne-Jones from sponsors Cofunds present her with the gong at a gala event in London.

She beat off competition from a field studded with Money Management alumni, including Holly Black, now at the Daily Mail, and the Investor’s Chronicle’s Daniel Liberto. Ruth Gillbe and Emma Ann Hughes from our online sister, FTAdviser, were also shortlisted. Emma was also highly commended in the Protection Article of the Year category.
