Philip Nell, manager of the Aviva Investors Property Trust, is leaving Aviva Investors after 16 years for Hermes Investment Management
Mr Nell is leaving Aviva Investors in July to become a fund director on Hermes’ real estate team.
Mike Luscombe, who has been with Aviva Investors for 27 years, will take over as lead manager on the £1.9bn fund.
Mr Luscombe currently runs the Aviva Linked Property fund.
He will be supported by the current co-manager, Andrew Hook, who has been with the company for the past eight years.
