Acquisitive national advisory firm Attivo has bought Hertfordshire-based Porter De Vere Financial Services, a mortgage broker.
Attivo distribution director John Hayden said: “When acquiring any business you are looking for the quality of client and potential opportunities, and Porter DeVere provide both.”
Retiring IFA acted as a broker to the deal. “Working with Retiring IFA and particularly Jonathan Barrow, has been a major benefit in helping Attivo achieve our acquisition targets and planned growth for the business,” Mr Hayden added.
