Architas promotes Sweeney as Carbonneil exits

Architas has promoted Nathan Sweeney to the position of co-manager on its active multi-asset range as senior investment manager Stephanie Carbonneil leaves the group.

Ms Carbonneil had been with the group since X but has left to “explore new opportunities within the industry”.

Mr Sweeney will now work as co-manager on the £770m Multi-Asset Active range, which includes six risk-profiled funds alongside chief investment officer Caspar Rock.

“Nathan has extensive experience in Architas and our multi-asset investment process having joined the team five years ago,” Mr Rock said.

“For the past two years, he has managed our UK Equity, Strategic Bonds and Monthly High Income funds and been closely involved in the running of our Multi-Asset Active fund range since the start of this year.

“Nathan also has 15 years’ experience in selecting funds and has been managing portfolios since 2003.”

Mr Sweeney joined Architas in 2010 from Thornhill, where he worked as a private client fund manager.
