Intrinsic updates protection panel

Intrinsic Financial Services has launched a new protection panel for its restricted advisers with immediate effect.

The panel was put together following research from Defaqto, CIExpert and F&TRC on every provider’s products, features and benefits.

Following this, the panel consists of seven providers, with new addition Legal & General joining Aegon, Bright Grey, Exeter Family Friendly, Friends Life, Old Mutual Wealth and Vitality, which were all retained from the previous panel.

Richard Freeman, chief executive at Intrinsic, stated protection is the bedrock of all good financial advice.

The various firms appointed to the panel lined up with statements of delight at continuing to be a part of the 3000-strong network's protection panel, with Exeter Family Friendly chief executive Andy Chapman in particular commenting “we’re confident the partnership will have a positive impact on income protection sales in the UK”.
