Crux expands team around Pease with chief operating officer

Ms Zachary will join on July 15 from Man Group, where she was global head of client operations and outsourcing.

Crux was established last year, built around the Crux European Special Situations fund run by Richard Pease and James Milne, formerly of Henderson.

Prior to working at Man Group, Ms Zachary held roles at Fidelity International, New Star Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors.
