FTAdviser’s latest On Air broadcast highlighted how to get the best client-facing technology available for you and your clients.

The live broadcast looked at the different types of systems available for advisers, tools that are available through back office systems to help interactions with clients and the way cash-flow modelling tools and client portals should be integrated into the advice process.

The regulator’s requirement for back office technology were also discussed.

In addition to three educational videos, a panel including Nick Eatock, executive chairman of Intelliflo, Jane Hodges, chief operating officer of Alexander House Financial Services, and Ian McKenna, director of the Finance & Technology Research Centre, took adviser questions.

If you didn’t manage to catch the event live, it will be available as an on demand presentation from Monday 6 July.
