Yesterday (2 July) FTAdviser broadcasted its fourth FTAdviser On Air educational webinar, focusing on the way technology can boost your business.
The broadcast, which is now available on demand, looked at the different types of systems available for advisers, tools that are available through back office systems to help interactions with clients and the way cash-flow modelling tools and client portals should be integrated into the advice process.
The regulator’s requirement for back office technology was also discussed.
Our expert panel consisted of Nick Eatock, executive chairman of Intelliflo; Jane Hodges, chief operating officer of Alexander House Financial Services; and Ian McKenna, director of the Finance & Technology Research Centre.
