Brooks MacDonald creates new role for Andrew Shepherd

Wealth management group Brook MacDonald has created a new deputy chief executive role for Andrew Shepherd.

Mr Shepherd joined the group in 2002 and is currently a joint managing director. As of August 4, Mr Shepherd will relinquish these duties, leaving Nick Holmes as the sole managing director.

The group decided to create the new role following its significant growth since its IPO in 2005.

Chris Macdonald, chief executive said: “I am looking forward to working alongside Andrew in his new role as Deputy Chief Executive.

“He has been a core part of the Group’s management team for the last 7 years. His appointment will provide me with more time to focus on delivering the Group’s growth ambitions.”
