SYZ Asset Management has hired Hartwig Kos as co-head of its multi-asset team.
Mr Kos, who left Barings Asset Management in July, will co-manage the team with Fabrizio Quirighetti from October 15. Based in London, he will also serve as vice-CIO of SYZ.
Upon arrival, Mr Kos will take over the management of the Oyster Multi-Asset Diversified fund.
Previously, Mr Kos managed the Baring Euro Dynamic Asset Allocation fund and was co-manager of the Baring Dynamic Emerging Markets fund.
