Accord launches three-year fixed rate mortgages

Accord Mortgages has today (23 June) launched a selection of three-year fixed rate mortgages.

Available to borrowers both looking to remortgage or buy a home, customers with a 10 per cent deposit can chose from a three-year fixed rate mortgage at 2.64 per cent or offset at 2.84 per cent, both with a fee of £845.

At 80 per cent loan-to-value (LTV), borrowers can either opt for a three-year fix at 2.04 per cent or an offset mortgage at 2.24 per cent, with a £845 fee.

The intermediary-only lender, which is part of Yorkshire Building Society Group, has also reduced rates on 75 per cent, 80 per cent, 85 per cent and 95 per cent LTV mortgages available for both house purchase and remortgage customers.

Highlights include a 0.15 per cent reduction on a duo of 90 per cent LTV two-year fixed rate mortgages, now available at a rate of 2.29 per cent or an offset offering at 2.49 per cent and both come with a fee of £845.

Mike Richards, director of Mortgage Concepts Associates Ltd, said the fee attached to the deals was “good.”

He said Accord’s deals should prove popular as while there are many two and five-year deals available there isn’t as much choice when it comes to a three-year time span.
